Toto Liu joined the John Heng sales team of professionals at Ray White Sunnybank Hills.  He brings to the team tremendous support and has facilitated both the growth of our business and elevated our high level of customer service. Toto makes an excellent Personal Assistant to our growing team, not only due to his extensive expertise in this field, but his proficiency when it comes to organising, communicating, planning and project management skills.

His background of over 11 years is in E-commerce and E-marketing with a BA in Event Management. This senior level experience has made him well-equipped to operate in an effective and productive manner in this very demanding role.  Having been a business-owner, he has first hand exposure in management of international logistics, large budgets, brand and business strategy, marketing and promotions along with data analysis and supplier liaison and this diverse skillset perfectly complements the dynamic and competitive real estate industry.

Experienced in digital marketing, branding and promotions at a corporate level aids in Toto’s knowledge base and genuine understanding of how to maximise a property’s exposure online and through other advertising channels. Coupled with personal drive and bi-lingual skills in Mandarin and English he is adept at handling almost any task with confidence and intelligence.

Toto prides himself on his attention to detail, focus and ability to deliver under pressure.  He is naturally friendly, a consummate professional and willing to listen and learn in order to develop and fine-tune his already thriving abilities.
